Vanagon 2WD Automatic 2.1L Silicone Cooling Hose Kit

Description

This kit, designed for the 1986-1991 2WD automatic transmission Vanagon, features the later-style hoses that connect to the automatic transmission cooler. It includes both hose options for cylinder one and a heater hose cap, ensuring perfect compatibility with any variation of the coolant tower.  Please note that this kit includes all the engine cooling system hoses, but does not include the 5/8 heater hoses that run to the heater cores.

These hoses are precise replicas of the factory Vanagon hoses, but crafted from high-quality silicone. Because they are exact replacements, there’s no need for awkward aftermarket adapters to ensure a proper fit. We use only the highest-grade silicone, ensuring each hose features a consistent wall thickness. Silicone hoses are far more resistant to abrasion and splitting compared to rubber, making them a tougher and longer-lasting choice. Additionally, the correct hose clamps are included for a smooth installation.
